Exact definition of hotel is as following:
Hotel is an establishment providing accommodation, meals, and other services for travellers and tourists.
The word 'hotel' appeared in late 17th century from French hôtel, from Old French hostel.
The precursor to the modern hotel was the inn of medieval Europe, possibly dating back to the rule of Ancient Rome. These would provide for the needs of travellers, including food and lodging, stabling and fodder for the traveller's horse(s) and fresh horses for the mail coach.
In present times hotels are everywhere and they differ according to class, functions and location.
Hotel room is not just a shelter, but it is a short-time home. Each of us is owning a rental home(a hotel room) in any place of the world. That is why the idea of hotels was developed over time until the hotel room got the nowadays look. So comfort, quality and design came to the first stage.
